The Flying Pig Marathon is a point-to-point course from Paul Brown Stadium to Sawyer Point that crosses the Ohio River into Kentucky and back past Eden Park, Hyde Park, and the University of Cincinnati area. Rolling terrain and hill neighbourhood climbs make the middle miles tougher after the river crossings, and spectators gather at both riverfront ends and cheer through Eden Park and the basin districts.
The Flying Pig Marathon course is rolling over 42.195 km (26.2 miles). Runners cover 150 metres of climbing and 140 metres of descent, with a net climb of 10 metres from start to finish.
