Course & terrain
Tallinna Maraton course
The Tallinna Maraton is a single-lap Baltic course starting and finishing at Falgi tee below Toompea and the Pikk Hermann tower, passing Kalamaja, the Põhja-Tallinn waterfront, Stroomi Beach Park, Rocca al Mare, and an Astangu woodland loop. The seaside trails and park greenways are the easiest because they stay flat and open, while the Kopli and Paldiski Road connectors and the Astangu loop add longer steady stretches late in the race. Crowds are densest at the Toompea start-finish hub, through Kalamaja, and along the Stroomi and Rocca al Mare waterfront sections.
