The Noosa Marathon is a Sunshine Coast loop starting and finishing around Noosa Heads and Hastings Street, passing the Noosa River, national park approaches, and hinterland roads. The river and coastal sections are the easiest because they flow well on moderate terrain, while the hinterland climbs are the tougher work; crowd support is strongest around Hastings Street, along the Noosa River, and at the finish.
